For more than 25 years, I’ve worked behind the scenes in the dental industry helping practices operate, grow, and succeed. Over the years, I’ve held nearly every administrative role imaginable from front desk and scheduling to treatment coordination, accounts receivable management, and full practice management.
Throughout my career, I noticed something that kept repeating itself:
